Agreement
By using HeyNalo (“Nalo”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What Nalo Does
Nalo is an AI-powered business assistant that helps contractors and service professionals manage their business through WhatsApp and SMS. This includes quoting, invoicing, scheduling, client management, and payment collection.
Your Account
- You must be 18 or older to use Nalo
- You’re responsible for keeping your account secure
- You’re responsible for all activity under your account
- One account per business phone number
Your Data
- You own your data (client records, messages, quotes, invoices)
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- We don’t sell your data to third parties

Payments
- Nalo offers a free 14-day trial
- After the trial, subscription fees apply
- Payment processing for your clients is handled by third-party providers
- Transaction fees may apply to payment processing
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Nalo for spam or unsolicited messaging
- Violate any applicable laws
- Send harmful, abusive, or illegal content through Nalo
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp and SMS delivery depend on third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
Nalo is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for lost revenue, missed appointments, or other damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email.
